HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Standard shipping is 4-7 business days, although shipping times may vary. 

Please note that Nellee’s Boutique is NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed or refused packages, or lost/stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by USPS or other shipping carrier. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached. 
  • Swimwear, Lingerie, Bodysuits, Beauty Products and Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be made at your own cost (for reshipping).
  • 'Sale items' are final sale and cannot be returned. 
  • All returns are refunded via store credit.
