HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Standard shipping is 4-7 business days. 

Please note that Nellee's is NOT responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed or refused packages, or lost/stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by USPS or other shipping carrier. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached. 
  • Swimwear, Lingerie, Bodysuits, Beauty Products, Accessories, and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be made at your own cost (for reshipping). 
  • All returns are refunded via store credit.
